1 Registration
Every person who are legally eligible for marriage can create their profile at free of cost and can search for their soulmate. Login to www.kaumudymatrimony.com You can choose the option Register. Registration Process- Provide name, age, gender, e-mail ID. Click on Register link and you will have to enter on a couple of pages the details of the person intending to get married. After you submit your information, your profile will be automatically created and you shall be given a 'Matrimony ID' generated for future references and login purposes.
2 Profile Validation
All the profiles are validated before inclusion in the database. Validation of profiles is done manually, which takes 24 hours. Our support team meticulously validates each and every profile carefully on specific criterion before it is added to our database. E-mail will be sent to you once the profile is validated and added. 3 Criteria for Profile Validation
Almost every word contained in the profile is checked for abusive language. Also, we check whether it contains any contact details. Photos are checked for invalid formats, or if it is abusive in nature. Once a profile passes all these checks, it gets validated.
4 Profile Rejection
If a profile is rejected, it could be due to: Invalid email-id, information in improper format, or inappropriate content in the profile.
5 Edit Profile
You can edit your profile at any time. Login to your account using your Matrimony ID and Password. Click on 'Edit My Profile'. You can edit your parameters as per requirement.
6 Express Interest
Express Interest is a feature that allows you to express your interest in a profile with a single click. When you click 'Express Interest', a notification will be sent to the selected member.
7 Packages & Membership Details
7.1 - Free Membership
Free membership allows you to register your profile, search for matching profiles, and send Express Interest to prospective matches free of cost.
7.2 - Paid Membership Advantages
Paid membership provides enhanced privileges such as viewing verified contact numbers, sending personalized messages, and receiving priority customer support.
7.3 - Classic Package
Classic package includes access to verified phone numbers, horoscope matching, and enhanced profile visibility for 3 or 6 months.
7.4 - Premium Package
Premium package offers maximum profile highlight, unlimited contact view under fair usage, direct messaging, and dedicated relationship assistance.
7.5 - Assisted Package
Assisted package provides a dedicated relationship manager who will shortlist profiles, communicate with prospects on your behalf, and coordinate meetings.
7.6 - Renewal Policy
Memberships can be renewed before or after expiry. Unexpired call count and privileges will be carried forward upon timely renewal.
